'Koru Kitchen'

The owners of this kitchen are raw food chefs who required a kitchen suitable for giving classes. In keeping with their organic philosophies,

they were keen to have a functional, working kitchen that was made without chemically manufactured products such as MDF.

It is solid totara and pine throughout with the island formed in the shape of the iconic New Zealand 'koru' symbol.

The kitchen was finished with our special WEC oil formulation and waxed. Note the koru details on the end walls.
